We are The Arusha Municipal Community Foundation (AMCF).
VISION OF THE FOUNDATION:
To become a stable sustainable community benefit institution that is able to respond to development needs of communities of Arusha Municipality.
MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION:
To mobilize resources, build and manage a permanent endowment fund and provide grants to individuals and groups in Arusha Municipality in order to improve the quality of life.
FOUNDATION OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Arusha Municipal Community Foundation are as follows:-
I. Improve the quality of life of the people within the Municipality.
II. Establish, maintain and manage a sound capital growth fund that would support organisations engaging in community development programmes.
III. To provide grants to support a variety of projects identified and implemented by citizens within the Arusha municipality.
IV. To supplement Government and other development partners’ effort to improve the quality of life of people of Arusha Municipality.
V. Mobilise community resources as well as private and public support towards achieving the foundation objectives.
